To Potential Exhibitors
We are pleased to present The Third Annual Los Angeles Concours d’Elegance. This event will be held June 01, 2008 at the Rose Bowl and adjacent Brookside Golf Course.
This is a beautiful site and accommodates this type of event superbly. There is adequate room for 350 vehicles to be displayed on the 9 th, 10 th and 18 th fairways and a perfect place for the Circle of Winners . There will be a large parking lot directly adjacent to the golf course reserved for Exhibitors only, including trucks and trailers.
Please complete the Exhibitor Application and return it to us before April 25 th. The Application, along with photo(s) should be sent to:

One hundred percent of the proceeds from this event will benefit Assistance League of Southern California(ALSC), serving those in need in the greater Los Angeles area since 1919. ALSC has eight services, serving over 100,000 people of all ages each year, from infants to seniors. Rules of Entry
- All cars must be pre-registered. Release of liability and photographs must accompany each entry.
- The Committee reserves the right to combine or divide classes depending on the number of entries accepted.
- The Committee reserves the right to acceptance or deny any entry. All entrants will be notified of acceptance or denial prior to April 30, 2008.
- Cars ineligible for entry will not be permitted on the field.
- The Committee will have the final decision on car classification.
- Cars must be in assigned spaces by 9:30am; owners/exhibitors must remain by cars during judging All cars must remain in position on the field until the final award has been presented and permission is given to remove the vehicle.
- The first in class winners from 2007 will not be eligible for class judging, but will be most welcome for display only exhibition.
- No signs, displays, stanchions or illustrations will be allowed.
- No pets are allowed on the field.
- No pop-up tents are permitted.
Information & Instructions
Parking for trailers, trucks, etc. for exhibitors will be adjacent to the golf course concours area. It will provide an easy access for your vehicles on Sunday morning. If you have large enclosed trailers or trucks, they can be parked overnight Saturday, May 31, prior to the show in the Exhibitor Parking Lot. Security will be provided.
Exhibitors will be invited to a Gala Cocktail Celebration on Saturday, May 31 as guests of Assistance League.
Coffee and donuts will be provided for exhibitors Sunday morning from 6:00 to 9:00 am during staging of the vehicles for judging.
Photographs of vehicles to be exhibited will be printed in the Los Angeles Concours program if photograph is received prior to May 1.
Judging criteria will consider authenticity and elegance.
